A Skype Lecture on Official Governmental Websites for the Stavropol State University Students

On March 7, Tatyana Tolsteneva held one more Skype lecture for law students of the Stavropol State University, dedicated to theory and practice of disseminating information on governmental bodies’ activities by means of their official websites.
The lecture presented basic legislative requirements to official websites of government bodies and bodies of local self-government, and the history of official governmental websites’ institutionalization and development. The relevant law implementation practice was analyzed through the example of official website monitoring performed by Freedom of Information Foundation.
