The Ministry for Education, Science, Youth, and Sports of Ukraine will oblige heads of education governance bodies to publish openly information on revenues and expenditures within charitable and sponsor donations quite often interpreted by people as maletolt. The decision is aimed primarily to enable open access to information and to eliminate possibilities for real maletolt, says Bagnet.
